SPIRITUAL
Our goal in CLA is for you to deepen your relationship with God and your spiritual roots. You will learn how to better study your bible, deepen your prayer life, and grow in your knowledge of God. You will learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus, to follow Him, be changed by Him, and be on mission with Him.
PERSONAL
Through this process, our hope is that you will be able to discover more of who God created you to be. You will be able to explore how you were created, the gifts that God has given you, and how you are able to best fit into the body of Christ. We will also provide opportunities for you to grow in your relationships, finances, time-management, communication, conflict resolution, and other life skills that you will be able to take with you wherever you go.
LEADERSHIP
The purpose of this process is to grow you in your love for God and your love for others. Leadership is both about who you are in character and how you lead people well in love. You can't have one without the other. In this process, you will be challenged to grow in how to lead with practical skills such as decision making, communication, and conflict resolution as well as how to lead in love, mercy, and compassion which comes from understanding the heart of a person over just the actions of a person.
MINISTRY
As you participate in CLA you will grow in ministry experience and knowledge. Our prayer is that while you are studying, that you will also be exposed to the ins and outs of church and departmental ministry. That you will get to spend time in your local church and under your local leadership in meetings, working in the offices, and serving during ministry programs in a variety of ways. From beginning to end you should be able to see all that goes into ministry from the physical labor side to the fun relational side.

A Tradition of Excellence and Innovation
The purpose of the School of Ministry is to educate, equip and empower disciples of Jesus to go out and reach the world for Jesus wherever God may call them. Our goal is to provide a relational, intentional, and biblical process to help grow you as a person, leader, and a disciple of Christ.
Class Structure
2 Semesters and 4 courses annually
All courses will be held over Zoom on Mondays, 7:30pm - 9pm (EST).
Cultivate Your Future
CLA is a 2-year course that will take you on an educational journey to fortify your ministry and deepen your biblical foundations.
